About This Role
This role involves leading the production of high-quality video content for Travelzoo. You will orchestrate the creation of captivating travel and lifestyle stories from concept to delivery, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The Video Producer is part of Travelzoo’s global Photo & Video team.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full video production process, from idea development and briefing to delivery
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, Production, and the Video Editor, as well as with external suppliers and global colleagues
- Develop storylines and concepts that translate into engaging short-form video content for social media, the website, newsletters, emails, and the app
- Manage budgets, production schedules, and multiple stakeholders while keeping creativity at the core
- Explore new storytelling formats and stay on top of evolving video trends in the lifestyle and travel industry
Requirements
- Experience in producing video content for lifestyle and travel brands, with 5+ years of experience creating content for digital and social platforms
- Skilled at transforming ideas into engaging story-driven concepts
- Equipped with strong project management and organizational skills, including budget and timeline ownership
- In possession of postproduction know-how, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
- Adept at coordinating editors, suppliers, and partners while maintaining Travelzoo’s visual standards and brand consistency
- Passionate about travel and lifestyle content, with a deep understanding of what excites and inspires audiences
