Job Title: MULTIMEDIA VIDEO PRODUCER
Job Description: The Multimedia Video Producer is a design-driven, technically minded creative who brings our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling. This is a hands-on role developing and producing high-quality video content across the organization, with a particular focus on stylistic editing, motion graphics, custom animation, and social-first content.
This role takes video projects from concept through final delivery, partnering with the creative leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to develop concepts, storyboard ideas, capture footage, edit video, create custom motion graphics and animations, and prepare final assets for multiple channels.
The ideal candidate is a versatile multimedia creative who can move fluidly between concepting, production, editing, motion design, animation, and social content creation. They will serve as a trusted video subject matter expert within Brand+Creative and help strengthen video capabilities, workflows, and best practices over time while remaining primarily focused on hands-on creative execution.
Skills/Experience:
• Creates high-fidelity motion graphics and custom, keyframe-driven animations for a variety of marketing platforms and audiences.
• Concepts, edits, and produces social-first video content for organic and paid channels, with an understanding of platform-specific creative best practices.
• Leads assigned video projects from concept through final delivery, managing timelines, production needs, creative development, and post-production.
• Develops concepts, storyboards, and visual approaches for new video ideas and presents creative recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Functions as a producer/editor, developing stylistic, brand-forward video content that supports internal business partners and external audiences.
• Captures custom video footage as needed, including lightweight and social-native content, interviews, events, and planned productions.
• Adapts video output for individual platforms and channels, including aspect ratios, captions, thumbnails, file formats, and other technical specifications.
• Works with UGC creators, influencers, and external talent as needed to develop authentic, social-native content.
• Sources and manages stock footage, music, imagery, voice-over talent, and other production resources.
• Handles audio editing and post-production needs in-house as appropriate.
• Collaborates with the designers, writers and cross-functional partners to ensure video work supports creative, brand, audience, and business objectives.
• Provides video expertise and recommendations to stakeholders while exercising independent judgment within established creative and brand direction.
• Helps identify opportunities to improve video workflows, processes, tools, and best practices across Brand + Creative.
• Works with outside vendors or agencies when specialized production support is needed.
• Ensures video content adheres to company brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and applicable platform requirements.

Required Skills:
• Demonstrated expertise in stylistic video editing, with strong command of motion graphics and custom animation as a core skill set.
• Skilled in hand-built, keyframe-driven animation and able to create fully custom motion rather than relying primarily on templated presets.
• Strong understanding of social-first content strategy across organic and paid channels, with creative instincts for what performs natively across different platforms.
• Strong experience working with User Generated Content, including sourcing, briefing, editing, and collaborating directly with UGC creators.
• Ability to concept, storyboard, and visually communicate ideas that are engaging, on-brand, and appropriate for the intended audience and channel.
• Proficient in HD and 4K video workflows and Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Comfortable using current AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies to improve creative development, production, and post-production workflows.
• Familiarity with lightweight and social-native editing and collaboration tools such as Frame.io, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and Descript.
• Ability to independently take a video project from an initial concept through production, editing, motion design, final rendering, and delivery.
• Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and all aspects of post-production.
• Confident and credible communicator who can clearly present creative concepts, explain recommendations, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated curiosity and interest in gaining a rich understanding of business practices, audiences, products, and related topics in order to create more effective content.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, formats, and techniques.
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and best practices for implementation in video and digital content.
• Familiarity with the creative process and experience collaborating with designers, developers, writers, marketers, and other creative disciplines.
• Strong organization, time management, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate creative concepts, recommendations, and project information.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with co-workers, stakeholders, vendors, and outside contacts.
**Must be able to travel to the San Francisco office as needed for custom content shoots and other production needs.
Desired Skills:
Degree Requirements: 7+ w/B Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 7 years of experience producing video content from concept through final delivery, including creative development, production, editing, motion graphics, animation, and production logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex video projects while balancing creative quality, deadlines, technical requirements, and stakeholder needs.
• A strong portfolio is required, demonstrating a diverse range of high-quality video work, including brand storytelling, social-first content, motion graphics, custom animation, and UGC-style content.
