About the role
Attracto is a growth partner for coaches and consultants doing $10k+/month — we build the funnels and run the ads that turn attention into booked clients. We're looking for a video editor to join on a part-time basis, with room to grow as our client volume increases.
This role is editing-first. Social media posting is a bonus skill, not a requirement — don't let it stop you from applying if editing is your strength.
What You'll Be Editing
- VSL (video sales letter) and ad content for our clients
- Ads for our own business
- YouTube long-form content
- Short-form social clips (Instagram/TikTok/YouTube Shorts style cutdowns)
Nice to have (not required): comfort scheduling and posting content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine editing portfolio or reel — please include one with your application, we won't consider applications without samples of your work
- Comfortable in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
- An eye for pacing and retention — jump cuts, pattern interrupts, cutting to hold attention rather than just "trimming"
- Bonus: any experience editing direct-response or sales-style video content specifically (not just general social edits)
- Reliable, communicative, comfortable receiving detailed feedback and Loom-recorded direction as we build out our process together
- Happy using Clickup or other project tools to manage workload
Hours: 20–25 hours/week to start, with the expectation of growing toward full-time as client workload increases.
