Vice President of Sales

About This Role

This leadership role is responsible for driving Nominis's revenue growth and go-to-market strategy within the digital asset and compliance ecosystem. The Vice President of Sales will oversee the entire sales function, from strategy development to daily team management, focusing on expanding the adoption of the Nominis platform among key clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nominis's go-to-market and revenue growth efforts
• Oversee sales strategy
• Manage the sales pipeline
• Direct daily activities of the sales team
• Drive adoption of the Nominis platform among VASPs, CASPs, and institutional clients
• Develop and execute sales plans
• Nurture strategic accounts
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams
• Monitor key performance metrics
• Refine sales processes for efficiency and impact
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships
• Negotiate complex deals
• Represent Nominis at industry meetings and virtual events
• Ensure consistent, ethical, and compliant sales practices

Requirements

• 5+ years expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets in B2B SaaS or fintech environments
• Closing deals for enterprise clients with over $1m/year in total revenue
• Strong experience in Account Management, focusing on retention, expansion, and long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analytics
• Background in Business Development, including identifying new market segments, strategic partnerships, and growth opportunities
• Experience selling compliance, risk, or crypto-related solutions to VASPs, CASPs, financial institutions, or law enforcement stakeholders is highly beneficial
• Ability to lead remote teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and operate effectively in a fully distributed environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with comfort engaging at C-suite and senior leadership levels
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus
