Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to improve overall business operations and achieve organizational objectives
- Lead operational excellence initiatives by implementing process improvements, quality standards, and efficiency measures across departments

- Oversee budget management, including forecasting, financial analysis, profit and loss (P&L) management, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility
- Drive large-scale organizational change management initiatives by leading change processes smoothly while minimizing disruption

Requirements
