Vice President of Operations

About This Role

This executive role focuses on leading and optimizing business operations, improving organizational efficiency, and supporting the growth of the company's AI infrastructure and enterprise technology solutions. The position involves developing scalable operational strategies, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s overall operational strategy to support business growth and long-term objectives
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams
• Oversee business operations, resource planning, and organizational performance
• Establish operational KPIs, reporting processes, and performance management frameworks
• Improve internal workflows, operational efficiency, and organizational scalability
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Finance, Sales, and executive leadership to align operational priorities
• Support strategic initiatives, business expansion, and organizational development
• Identify operational risks and implement effective risk management and process improvement strategies
• Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive operations and business leadership experience, including significant senior management responsibility
• Proven track record of building and scaling operational functions within technology-driven organizations
• Strong experience in AI, enterprise software, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or related technology industries
• Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency, organizational performance, and business scalability
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, resource management, budgeting, and operational performance measurement
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex business initiatives
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
