What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain and enhance the selling process of investment product and customer onboarding process, including system development and procedure updates where applicable
- Support Investment related projects and change initiatives, including local/regional driven programs
- Design and implement improvements to selling process of Investment / Insurance
- Provide investment suitability training through new joiner induction and refresher training
- Support the investigation and resolution of process- or system related incidents
- Engage front office to support their know-how and solution, including exception handling
What We Are Looking For
- University graduate; HKSI with CFA definite advantage
- Relevant project management experience of more than 5 years as Change Manager in Wealth Management projects. Experience in account opening and selling process will be a plus
- Good knowledge of application software including Excel & PowerPoint
- Use of Microsoft Copilot is a MUST
- Strong compliance and customer centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and analyze situations with priority.
- Attentive to details with strong organization and time management.
- Able to communicate effectively with influencing
