Vice President Account Director

About This Role

This Vice President Account Director role leads account management for GC Studio Email & Direct Mail, focusing on client relationships and translating client needs to the cross-capability team. It suits a whip-smart individual with deep web knowledge who can partner with senior leadership on high-level strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the account management lead for GC Studio Email & Direct Mail
• Own client relationships
• Understand the needs across LOB businesses
• Translate client needs to the cross-capability team
• Manage client relationships
• Partner with senior leadership on high-level strategy
• Use deep web knowledge to ensure strategic deliverables
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of the email channel workstream, driving work from intake through deployment
• Ensure alignment to client objectives, business priorities, and channel best practices
• Partner with Creative, Production, Project Management/Operations, Tech, and QA to deliver work
• Connect channel-specific initiatives to the broader Groupe Connect ecosystem and integrated marketing campaigns as needed
• Ensure consistency across touchpoints and maximize the impact of multi-channel programs
• Manage junior support team to ensure they are meeting all deliverables
• Partner heavily with a larger team of Project Management
