We are seeking an
Associate Veterinarian
ready to grow professionally and potentially step into a leadership role. This is an excellent opportunity for those with
surgery experience
or a passion for
exotics, though new graduates with a desire to learn are welcome.
Ideal Candidate
- DVM/VMD or equivalent license eligible to practice in California.
- Passionate about small animal medicine and client care.
- Interested in surgical and exotic cases.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally.
- New graduates welcome; experienced veterinarians encouraged.
Our Hospital & Workflow
- Healthy work-life balance with flexible schedule and no on-call requirements.
- Advanced diagnostics: digital X-rays (full body & dental), in-house lab, high-resolution ultrasound.
- Surgical capabilities: soft tissue and dental surgeries.
- Excellent support staff, including 2 RVTs.
- Efficient workflow with 12–24 hour turnaround for outside lab results.

Compensation & Benefits
- $150K–$170K salary + $25K sign-on bonus (DOE) for a 40-hour work week (4/10s).
