This role serves as the program leader for AFL's Preferred Professionals Program (P3), responsible for recruiting, qualifying, onboarding, and developing a national network of installation partners (AFL Preferred Installers, APIs) supporting technology deployments. The role owns API engagement, network growth, capacity planning, program governance, contract administration, and strategic workforce scaling while partnering with PMO, Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Finance.
