Job Title: Vendor Manager Department
Vendor Relations Position: Full Time
Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi Experience: 4–7 Years
- Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall vendor management function, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and performance monitoring across all vendors.
- Manage vendor contracts, renewals, commercial negotiations, and ensure timely execution of agreements, SLAs, indemnity clauses, and KYC documentation.
- Develop and implement vendor evaluation frameworks to assess quality, cost-effectiveness, compliance, and service delivery.
- Monitor vendor performance through KPIs, SLA adherence, audit reports, feedback, and corrective action plans.
- Resolve critical vendor and club escalations while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory compliance across vendor engagements. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and other departments.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and vendor consolidation.Publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly vendor performance dashboards and reports**.**
- Lead vendor review meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Support new club launches and expansion projects.
- Mentor and guide the Vendor Relations team.
