Principales responsabilidades
· Gestionar el ciclo comercial de IBM Power y Storage: estrategia, posicionamiento, pricing, disponibilidad, forecast y resultados.
· Diseñar y ejecutar el plan de negocio alineado a TD SYNNEX Perú y a las prioridades de IBM.
· Desarrollar relaciones con partners e impulsar cross/up-selling y expansión de cobertura.
· Generar demanda con campañas, eventos, capacitaciones, workshops y webinars junto a IBM y partners.
· Administrar el pipeline: seguimiento a proyectos, cotizaciones, cierres y conversión.
· Elaborar y monitorear forecast de ventas, inventario, margen e indicadores clave.
· Coordinar con ventas, preventa, marketing, finanzas, operaciones y crédito para asegurar la ejecución.
· Identificar tendencias, competencia y necesidades de clientes; proponer nuevas iniciativas.
· Impulsar la habilitación técnica y comercial de partners en IBM Power, Storage y soluciones asociadas.
· Preparar reportes y presentaciones ejecutivas para IBM, partners y dirección.
Perfil requerido
· Profesional de Ingeniería, Administración, Marketing, Sistemas o afines.
· 3 a 5 años en distribución, fabricantes, canales de tecnología, integradores o gestión de productos/soluciones TI.
· Experiencia en infraestructura: servidores, almacenamiento, virtualización o data center.
· Valorado: conocimiento de IBM Power y/o IBM Storage.
· Experiencia con canales de distribución, partners e integradores.
· Capacidad para interpretar ventas, margen, forecast, inventario y pipeline.
· Inglés intermedio–avanzado para interacción con fabricante y documentación.
· Dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.
