About the role

As the National Distributor for Foton Utes, Vans and Trucks, you'll prepare vehicles for delivery to dealers and customers across New Zealand - you'll play an important part in making that happen.

Based at our modern, purpose-built Vehicle Processing Centre in Te Rapa, no two days are the same. You'll be working with brand-new vehicles, coordinating logistics, travelling when needed, and helping ensure every Foton leaves ready to impress.

Details:

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Location: Burbush (Te Rapa), Hamilton

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating vehicle movements to Hamilton/Auckland suppliers (engineers, painters, mechanics and more)
• Preparing vehicles for delivery, including detailing and accessory installation
• Maintaining vehicle stock and updating vehicle records
• Conducting inspections and preparing damage reports for incoming vehicles
• Assisting with vehicle deliveries throughout New Zealand
• Travelling to the Auckland holding facility to inspect new shipments of vehicles as they arrive

• Managing daily workflow within the Vehicle Processing Centre (VPC)
• Coordinating the processing and movement of all sold vehicles
• Supporting the sales team with vehicle tracking, reporting, and other admin tasks,

What we're looking for:

• A clean driver's license (full preferred but restricted considered for the right candidate)
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Good physical fitness - this is a hands-on role, not a desk job
• An understanding of workplace Health & Safety practices
