Hours : Wednesday through Sunday, 8AM to 5PM
Location : Remote/Field Base - Calabasas/Canoga Park, CA
Job Summary Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Field Operations Coordinator to conduct vehicle assessments and coordinate directly with dealerships. This is a field-based role operating Sunday through Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM PST. The position plays a key part in ensuring accurate vehicle inspections and seamless operational flow between internal teams and external partners.
Job Responsibilities Conduct detailed vehicle inspections (engine, transmission, interior, exterior) using a mobile application.
Submit accurate inspection reports electronically.
Travel to dealerships to assess vehicles prior to sale, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Communicate regularly with operations and sales teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
Coordinate directly with dealerships to support vehicle preparation and inspection timelines.
Distribute marketing materials to dealers to support sales efforts.
Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive experience (mechanic or equivalent technical role).
Familiarity with key components such as differentials, transmissions, lower end of engine, and transfer cases.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to travel locally to dealership locations.
Proficiency with mobile technology and digital inspection/reporting tools.
