Valuation Surveyor / Senior Valuation Surveyor

About This Role

This role involves undertaking a varied workload of residential and commercial property valuations for an independent property consultancy. It suits an MRICS Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer seeking autonomy and strong client exposure across a broad range of valuation instructions.

Responsibilities

• Undertake residential and commercial valuations for a variety of purposes including secured lending, taxation and advisory work
• Carry out property inspections and prepare RICS-compliant valuation reports
• Advise private clients, lenders, businesses and professional advisers
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist with business development and the generation of new instructions
• Ensure all work is delivered to a high professional and technical standard

Requirements

• MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
• Experience undertaking residential, commercial or mixed-use valuations
• Strong valuation and report-writing skills
• Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
