Key Responsibilities
- Perform business and equity valuation analyses for acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
- Develop financial models to support corporate finance and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct business, industry, and financial analysis.
- Prepare client presentations and analytical reports.
- Support valuation and financial advisory engagements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on transaction-related projects.
Requirements
Experience in one of the following:
- Corporate banking
- Corporate finance
- Audit
- Trading company
- Finance or accounting within an operating company
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Interest in M&A and corporate finance.
- Professional Japanese Proficiency.
Preferred
- Business-level English.
- CPA (Japan or US), CFA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
