About This Role
This part-time, on-call valet position provides outstanding customer service by assisting residents and guests with transportation and vehicle services throughout the community. The role involves greeting people professionally and ensuring safe vehicle handling and traffic flow.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism while providing exceptional customer service
- Safely park, retrieve, and assist with resident and guest vehicles
- Support community transportation services by assisting passengers entering and exiting vehicles
- Maintain a safe, organized traffic flow in designated loading, unloading, and parking areas
- Assist with special events and other transportation-related duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous valet, hospitality, transportation, customer service, or related experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Dependable, flexible, and able to work varying schedules as needed
