- Welcome and register guests for resort presentations
- Guide guests through arrival and check-in experience
- Create a high-energy, professional first impression
- Coordinate guest flow with Sales Leaders
- Gather travel and lifestyle preferences
- Ensure smooth handoff to Sales Executives
Your Career Path Phase 1 — Tour Guide
- Learn the resort environment
- Complete your Arizona Real Estate License (reimbursed)
Phase 2 — Sales Executive
- Present vacation ownership
- Close deals and earn top-tier commissions
