Required Skills And Expectations Candidates should have a background in medicine or health-related fields such as BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, or B.E. A keen eye for detail is crucial, as accuracy in coding is essential. Basic knowledge of medical terminologies and coding systems (such as ICD-10 and CPT) is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with healthcare professionals, while the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently is essential in a full-time office environment.
