- Applied is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented New Graduate UX Test Engineer to join our specialized Validation team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our software applications provide an exceptional user experience while maintaining technical integrity. As a member of the Validation group, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering, executing rigorous testing strategies to validate usability, accessibility, and interface performance

- Test Plan Development: Design and implement comprehensive validation scripts focused on user journeys, edge cases, and visual consistency
- Automation Engineering: Develop and maintain automated UI test suites using tools like Selenium or Appium to increase validation throughput
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX Designers and Product Managers to refine requirements and provide feedback on design prototypes
- Defect Management: Identify, reproduce, and track UI/UX defects through their entire lifecycle using Jira or similar tracking systems

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, HMI, UX Design, or a related field and is graduating by December 2026
