They read every moment of investors, envisioning a new future for investment at the center of change. The UX Research Team collaborates with all teams that require user input, especially closely with the product organization (Silo) and the Strategy Team. They focus on discovering insights that can bring a great impact through product-necessary research, not just for reporting or sharing. Toss Securities considers various perspectives and habits regarding investment within the user experience of its securities services. They are looking for someone to collaboratively create the best investment product by considering users' financial and usage contexts from multiple angles.
