Designing and shipping intuitive, consistent end-to-end experiences for BotCity Orchestrator is the core mission of this UX Designer role, grounded in real user needs and validated with data. This role will deliver high-fidelity, developer-ready interfaces across the platform, agent, and web portal, help build BotCity's first Design System, and continuously improve existing features while supporting discovery with Product. It suits a hands-on, proactive designer with strong craft and technical depth who moves fast, brings solutions along with problems, and seeks feedback to keep improving.
