UX Designer

About This Role

This UX Designer role at Framna involves clarifying complex issues through flows, designs, and direct interaction with partners. Working from either the Amsterdam or Zwolle studio, you will collaborate with a large design team on digital products used daily, making an impact from day one.

Responsibilities

• Independently tackle complex partner issues
• Translate abstract problems into clear requirements, flows, and designs
• Validate solutions with users and stakeholders
• Present work, pitch ideas, and advise partners on product improvements
• Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes, interaction design, and UI design
• Create prototypes and validate designs with users
• Contribute to the design system and deliver accessible designs in close collaboration with developers
• Actively involve stakeholders, manage expectations, and reconcile different interests in the design process
• Mentor junior designers and share experience within the design team
• Utilize AI for research, writing requirements, generating and refining designs in Figma, and prototyping
• Critically evaluate AI outputs and actively follow AI developments in design
• Experiment with new AI possibilities and form a personal vision on AI's role in design
• Take initiative, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement of working methods

Requirements

• Ability to independently tackle complex issues, even when the problem is not yet clear
• Strong foundation in UX core principles: flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interaction design
• Design convincing, user-friendly, and aesthetic UI
• Experience with user research and validating designs with users
• Ability to present and advise partners independently, and convincingly convey your vision
