This role is responsible for the user experience of the ShipSure Enterprise Resource Management platform across all modules. You will own interaction and visual design, translating user needs into clean, consistent, accessible interfaces and working closely with engineering to see them delivered. The position also involves managing an external agency responsible for the ShipSure design system, ensuring their outputs are fit for purpose and smoothly integrated.
