UX Designer

About This Role

This UX Designer role offers comprehensive ownership of product design, focusing on critical fan-facing features from concept to launch. The position involves both end-to-end user experience design and hands-on UI craft using Figma, working to improve the product through user feedback and data.

Responsibilities

• Own UX for key fan-facing flows such as discovery, event pages, and checkout, taking features from initial concept through to launch
• Map user journeys and create wireframes to define the experience before moving to high-fidelity designs
• Conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback and data, and improve designs based on insights
• Design all user interface states, including empty, loading, and error screens, to ensure a seamless user experience
• Turn wireframes into high-fidelity, production-ready designs in Figma that are ready for engineering to build
• Create and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the app and web experience
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate user flows, interactions, and animations before development
• Collaborate closely with engineering throughout development to ensure the final product matches the intended design
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to design solutions that meet user and business needs
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers to help improve the quality and consistency of design work
• Stay updated on design trends, competitor products, and user behavior to bring new ideas and improve the product
