Working as a UX Designer, you will join the Digital Experience team to help shape the future of digital products and services across the Group. Reporting to the Head of Digital Experience and Delivery, you will lead user experience activities from early discovery through to validated, build-ready solutions, ensuring digital experiences are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with customer and business needs. As the UX specialist on assigned products, you will work closely with Business Units, Product Owners, Engineers, and UI Designers to transform customer insights into engaging digital experiences.
