About This Role
Working with a partner in the banking sector, this role involves designing and developing digital banking products using the institution's internal Design System. It suits an experienced specialist in UX design.
Responsibilities
- Present and argue design solutions to stakeholders from the perspective of business value and user experience
- Participate in UX research conducted by a dedicated research team, including developing research materials and testing solutions
- Create mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and concepts for mobile and desktop applications using the bank's Design System
- Analyze UX research results (qualitative and quantitative) and translate conclusions into concrete design decisions
- Design and develop banking products with an emphasis on consistency, scalability, and interface intuitiveness
- Monitor UX/UI trends and implement design practices in accordance with financial sector regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Proficient knowledge of Figma, including independent creation of mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and working with a Design System
- Ability to analyze UX research results (qualitative and quantitative) and translate them into design decisions
- Experience in designing mobile and desktop applications with RWD principles
- Proficient knowledge of Polish language
- Openness to occasional project meetings in Warsaw (approximately once a week)
