Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Industry: US Healthcare BPO

Shift: Night Shift

Salary Package: ₱65,000–₱75,000 (depending on years of experience, recruitment interview, and assessment results; subject to final approval)

Start Date: September 1, 2026

Qualifications Active PHRN and USRN New York License

At least 2 years of acute hospital experience

Experience in ER, Med-Surg, OR, or ICU

Strong clinical and patient care experience

BPO Experience Is An Advantage But Not Required Willing to work 100% onsite

Willing to work night shift

About The Role This is a US Healthcare BPO position for USRNs with strong acute hospital experience who want to transition from bedside nursing to a non-bedside BPO environment.

You will support US healthcare operations and processes while applying your clinical experience in a corporate/BPO setting.

This is NOT a hospital or bedside nursing position.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a BPO environment, following client processes, meeting performance metrics, and working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
