Responsibilities
- Lead kick-off meetings with cross-functional teams to uncover root problems and gain stakeholder alignment.
- Select appropriate research methods such as diary studies, observations, interviews, and workflow diagramming to understand customer needs.
- Conduct research to identify unmet needs and pain points for internal users, guiding tool development and organizational changes.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to improve user experiences and inform team vision and roadmap decisions.
- Manage expectations and interests of diverse stakeholders while maintaining a human-centered approach.
Requirements
- Masters or PhD in a related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with enterprise or internal users
- Experience with technical users and products
- Experience working with tools used in field operations
