Responsibilities

• Create scroll-stopping, high-converting content tailored to each platform
• Use TikTok, X, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, and more to maximize reach and impact
• Engage daily, spark conversations, and create a community people trust
• Promote sportsbook offers with creativity, compliance, and precision
• Read audience sentiment and adapt content and betting angles in real time
• Work with top creators and leadership to test, learn, and win
• Keep everything sharp, on-brand, and error-free

Requirements

• Deep passion for sports and betting culture
• Strong knowledge of at least one major US league (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL)
• Experience in content, marketing, social media, or copywriting (1 -5 years)
• A natural feel for what works on social
• Sharp copywriting skills with a knack for hooks, headlines, and virality
• Confident, competitive, and driven to be best-in-class
• Comfortable working hours aligned with US sports schedules

Nice to have:

• Experience managing partnerships or creator accounts
• Editorial background
