• You are proficient in Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Electronic health record (EHR), Documentation, Analysis.
• You have +2 years experience in Bedside care.
• English - Conversational

Responsibilities and more:
Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis and assessments of patient conditions remotely.
• Manage a volume of 8 patients per hour.
• Accurately document patient information using electronic health records (EHR) and other charting tools.
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive charts, ensuring they meet established standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide essential information for physician review.
• Emphasize written communication, with minimal verbal interaction during the charting process.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of charts to physicians for further assessment.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of patient information.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active and unrestricted RN license in the United States (NLC states).
• Proven experience in remote nursing roles with a focus on charting and documentation.
• Excellent analytical and comprehension skills.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other charting software.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information.
• 2 years of bedside care experience, required.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records.
