About the role
Job Description:
Manage payroll inputs, accounting, auditing, payment processing, journal entries, reconciliations and time and absence system processing and reporting.
A bachelors degree is required; preferably with an emphasis in accounting. Candidate should possess at minimum eight years of payroll experience including experience with Workday time / absence systems with strong technical skills.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage payroll input according to deadlines
- Review output, reconcile gross to net, post payroll journals and reconcile accounts
- Support annual audits and preparation of financial statements
- Manage day-to-day payroll matters in collaboration with HR business partners, employees, and external providers as necessary
- Ensure adherence to payroll regulations
- Assist in system integration, including new applications and configuration
Education/Qualifications/Specialist Training:
- Bachelors degree / emphasis in accounting
- 8+ years of related experience
- Journal creation and account reconciliation
- Corporate finance experience
- Payroll processing managing inputs thru output review and approval
- Payroll Benefit knowledge
- Accuracy and attention to detail / prioritization / multitasking
- Communication skills

Compensation And Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $88,300 - $141,300.
