Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team. As a US IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technology professionals for a variety of IT roles across the United States. This position requires a strong understanding of the tech industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruiting:
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other creative methods.
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct phone interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage full recruitment life cycle, from job intake and candidate sourcing to job offer negotiations and placement.

Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and IT department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
- Advise and guide hiring teams through the interview process and assist in candidate selection.

Candidate Experience:
- Provide an excellent candidate experience through timely and transparent communication.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to quickly fulfill open IT positions.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and technical skill requirements.
- Provide feedback on market conditions, talent pools, and competitors to influence recruitment strategies.

ATS Management:
- Manage candidate data and recruitment workflow using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates on candidate status.

Reporting & Metrics:
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Use data to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter or technical recruiter, with a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., software developers, data analysts, cloud engineers, cybersecurity professionals).
- Familiarity with common Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing techniques and employer branding.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for both contract and full-time positions.
- Understanding of the tech industry's evolving needs and in-demand technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
