About the role
Role: A motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is sought to join a collaborative outpatient urology practice.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive urologic care for adult patients, utilizing advanced procedures such as robotic surgery, minimally invasive techniques, and in-office treatments. Collaborate with board-certified urologists and a multidisciplinary team, develop procedural skills, and enhance patient outcomes through innovative technologies like telehealth and electronic check-ins.
Qualifications & Skills: Active NY State license and registration as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Physician Assistant candidates require a bachelor's degree, NY-approved training, NCCPA certification, and ambulatory care experience.
Nurse Practitioners need graduation from an acceptable program, current certification (AANPCB or ANCC), pharmacology coursework, and preferred three years of nursing experience plus one year as a Nurse Practitioner.
