About the role
Key Responsibilities

Develop solutions to technical and testing issues using engineering principles.

Perform electronic and functional testing of Optical/Transceiver products.

Monitor test yield and support yield improvement initiatives.
-
Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and failure analysis.
-
Install and maintain approved software on test equipment according to process instructions.
-
Use test equipment to diagnose and resolve product or test failures.
-
Prepare and maintain test procedures, reports, and technical documentation.
-
For Senior Engineers: lead improvement projects, provide technical guidance to junior engineers/technicians, and drive complex problem-solving activities.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering.

Experience in electronics testing within an EMS or manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of electronics testing, circuit design, and troubleshooting.

Optical / Optical Transceiver experience is highly preferred.

Good command of written and spoken English.
Level
- Junior Test Engineer: Has Foundational electronics testing experience and strong technical potential.
- Senior Test Engineer: Requires stronger experience in Optical/Transceiver testing, troubleshooting, yield improvement, and technical leadership.
