Senior Quality Engineer (Electronics)- Khao Khan Song Chonburi
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and monitor subcontractor machining and manufacturing facilities across Chonburi, Rayong, and other designated locations.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, GD&T requirements, material standards, and customer technical requirements to ensure manufacturing compliance.
- Oversee production processes including metal casting, CNC machining, surface treatment, assembly, inspection, packaging, and related operations.
- Evaluate First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, dimensional inspection reports, CMM results, material certifications, and production quality records.
- Identify production constraints, quality concerns, scrap and rework issues, and potential risks to on-time delivery.
- Investigate non-conforming products and lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities using methodologies such as 8D, CAPA, and other problem-solving tools.
- Conduct supplier process and quality audits, verify corrective action implementation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related function.
- Candidates with 7-8+ years of experience are strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience working directly on a manufacturing or factory production floor environment.
- Experience in Tooling machine.
- English in Good level
- Have driver license and own a car
- Practical knowledge of CNC-machined components, metal castings, fabricated parts, or industrial mechanical products.
