About the Role
Our client is looking for a Customer Service / Sales Operations Executive to manage customer orders, deliveries and key accounts while ensuring smooth coordination across Sales, Finance and Operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage injection orders, key account deliveries, intercompany orders and ad-hoc B2B deliveries.
- Create and maintain accurate pre-orders, re-orders, clearance orders and sales orders.
- Coordinate with customers on delivery schedules, order confirmations, delays and changes.
- Maintain the order book, including delivery adjustments, cancellations, stock repurposing and order cleansing.
- Monitor inventory, article drops and shipment status to ensure timely order fulfilment and healthy stock levels.
- Process credit notes, returns and customer claims.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations and Omni teams to resolve operational issues and support monthly sales targets.
- Prepare relevant reports and provide responsive support for customer enquiries and complaints.
- Perform other sales operations duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines.
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales Operations, Order Management or Supply Chain preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and key customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel; SAP or other ERP experience is advantageous.
Salary & Misc:
- $5000 - $6000/Month
- 6 - 12 Months Contract
- Annual Leaves & Medical Leaves
