Unreal Engine Developer

About This Role

This role is for an Unreal Engine Developer to join a growing team, creating high-performance applications that advance digital twin technology. As a key contributor, you will work on various projects across different verticals, collaborating with world-class customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Implement, debug, and support new functionality in applications
• Experiment and use rapid prototyping while ensuring strong architectural and algorithmic decisions are made
• Work closely with the modeling and level design team to create and iterate features
• Collaborate with other developers on ongoing feature development
• Optimize and fix bugs in existing projects and applications
• Contribute ideas toward all aspects of the projects' production and development
• Write robust, maintainable code
• Work with emerging technologies to create new tools and systems for interactive real-time production

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience developing games professionally and shipping AAA titles
• A keen analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills
• C++ skills and the ability to code and architect gameplay mechanics and tools
• Strong math skills
• Well-versed in games and the ability to articulate what is strong/weak about the design of existing games
• Adept at responding to constructive feedback
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and able to work independently
• Creativity in problem-solving and the ability to think outside of established solutions
