About This Role
Developing engaging and high-quality Android mobile games is the core of this role, focusing primarily on Unity and C# game development. You will work on gameplay mechanics, UI, animations, game features, integrations, testing, and performance optimization for Android devices. This role suits candidates who are passionate about game development and enjoy building, testing, and improving mobile games.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2D/3D Android mobile games using Unity and C#
- Implement gameplay mechanics, player controls, levels, scoring, rewards, and game logic
- Develop game UI, animations, effects, and interactive elements
- Optimize games for performance, memory usage, FPS, loading time, and different Android devices
- Integrate AdMob, Firebase, Google Play Services, REST APIs, and other SDKs when required
- Build and test APK/AAB packages for Android
- Debug and resolve gameplay, performance, crash, and device-specific issues
- Test games on different Android devices and screen sizes
- Use Git/GitHub for source-code management and collaboration
- Work with designers and developers to convert game concepts into playable features
- Support publishing and updates through Google Play Console
Requirements
- Unity
- C#
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Basic understanding of game development concepts
- Basic understanding of Android development and Android Studio
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and work independently
Nice to have:
- Java/Kotlin knowledge
- Experience with Firebase
- Experience with AdMob / mobile advertising
- Google Play Services integration
- REST API and JSON integration
- Google Play Console experience
- Experience with mobile game optimization
- Knowledge of 2D/3D animation, physics, or particle systems
For Freshers:
- Good knowledge of Unity and C#
- Understanding of basic game development concepts
- At least one personal, college, or demo Unity project
- A GitHub repository, portfolio, or playable game demo is highly preferred
- Strong interest and passion for mobile game development
For Candidates with 1 Year Experience:
- Practical experience developing Unity-based Android games
- Experience implementing gameplay and UI features
