About This Role
This content review job plays a vital part in maintaining a safe environment for a top global social media network. Working alongside an engaged team, the reviewer will foster a secure, respectful, and friendly online space for millions of everyday users. The role requires 100% in-person presence at the office.
Responsibilities
- Examine user-submitted material—including account details, text, images, and videos—to ensure full compliance with internal policies
- Detect, flag, and remove harmful, fraudulent, or policy-violating content to safeguard the digital community
- Investigate and resolve complex user tickets related to account safety, system abuse, and policy infractions with exceptional precision
- Maintain an empathetic yet impartial mindset while consistently meeting targets for volume, turnaround speed, and quality
Requirements
- Fluent or near-fluent command of Ukrainian, combined with solid English skills (minimum B2 level) for training and internal operations
- Hold valid EU citizenship, a Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), or official Refugee Status documentation
- Able to handle potentially distressing digital content and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with variable shift schedules
- Currently live within Portugal

Important Details
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours per week (5 days per week)
- Shift Times: Rotational shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 00:00 (Midnight), Monday through Sunday
