・ドメインスペシャリストと協同した設計プロセスの推進

・日本語：流暢レベル
・UI/UXデザインの知識と実践経験がある方
・チームでの設計プロセスへの貢献ができる方
・情報設計に関する理解を持つ方
・Figmaの使用経験がある方
・医療関連サービスのユーザー理解と、そのための医療従事者とのコミュニケーション能力がある方
・ゲーミフィケーション要素を取り入れたデザイン提案の能力がある方
