POSITION OVERVIEW
The Intelligent Automation Department seeks a Specialist reporting directly to the Automation Delivery Manager to eliminate manual document processing bottlenecks by architecting advanced document understanding solutions. This role bridges business operations and technical AI infrastructure by onboarding new document forms and driving high-accuracy data extraction through UiPath IXP.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Onboard new document forms into UiPath IXP and Document Understanding, executing setup, configuration, taxonomy definition, and extraction schema alignment.
• Analyze document samples to identify field extraction requirements, data patterns, validation needs, and model training opportunities.
• Create, refine, and test prompts and instructions to improve extraction accuracy for complex and unstructured documents.
• Support model training, validation, testing, and performance evaluation using representative document datasets.
• Maintain and enhance onboarded IXP forms by monitoring extraction performance, resolving issues, and incorporating new document variations.
