Houston, TX (3-4 day onsite)
Role Overview
Seeking an experienced RPA Solution Lead with strong hands-on UiPath development, solution architecture, and enterprise integration experience. Insurance domain experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade UiPath automations .
- Lead complex RPA implementations while remaining hands-on.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and architecture.
- Develop reusable frameworks, libraries, and components.
- Integrate UiPath with enterprise applications using APIs, web services, queues, and databases .
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive RCA/permanent fixes.
- Support UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production stabilization .
- Collaborate with business, architecture, QA, infrastructure, and security teams.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on UiPath Development & Solution Delivery .
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification – Mandatory .
- Strong C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, and SQL Server experience.
- Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, CI/CD, and version control .
- Experience with platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or SharePoint .
- Insurance domain expertise across Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Premium Processing, or Broker Operations .
- Experience with UiPath IXP, Document Understanding, and Action Center .
- Knowledge of Process Mining, Test Automation, Agent Builder, and Maestro .
- Understanding of security, infrastructure, disaster recovery, and high-availability environments.
Preferred Skills
- UiPath Specialized AI Professional Certification .
- Experience with other RPA platforms.
- Knowledge of P2P, Q2C, and R2R finance processes.
