Job Summary
Could you be the full-time UI Developer in Bangalore we're looking for?
You'll help shape the future of Alostom's digital transformation by building intuitive, scalable, and high-performing web applications. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., product managers, UX designers, backend developers), develop reusable components, and ensure the seamless integration of front-end applications with backend services, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of translating UI/UX designs into scalable code, but also optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining responsive web applications using Angular and React frameworks
- Building reusable components and front-end modules
- Integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participating in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
All About You
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Angular (v10+) and React.js frameworks
- Knowledge of responsive web design and single-page applications (SPAs)
- Familiarity with state management tools like Redux, Context API, or RxJS
- A basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
