About This Role
This UI Designer role involves transforming product ideas into clear, refined, and visually appealing digital experiences. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and other teams, the designer will be involved from concept development through to delivery, focusing on creating compelling user interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead UI design in key product areas
- Convert product concepts and user flows into polished and compelling experiences
- Create and refine interfaces, interaction patterns, and prototypes
- Help evolve visual direction, design systems, and UI standards with the design team
- Contribute to early-stage concept development when relevant
- Explore practical and meaningful uses of AI in design and product experiences
Requirements
- 3 to 5 or more years of experience in UI, visual, or digital product design, with a solid track record of creating polished, high-quality digital interfaces
- A keen eye for typography, composition, hierarchy, spacing, and detail
- Appreciation for clean, minimalist, and thoughtful design
- Experience with design systems, interaction design, and prototyping
- Portfolio with concrete examples of previous work, showcasing your role, key decisions, and their impact
- Good knowledge of UX principles and product vision
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with practical use of AI tools (such as Codex, Claude, or similar) for ideation, prototyping, research, or design flows
- At least one concrete idea or use case of how AI could add value to the product experience or design process
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- End-to-end responsibility orientation
- Motivation to learn the networking domain (wired and wireless protocols) and apply it to customer network troubleshooting challenges
