UI Designer

About This Role

Designing user interfaces with both functionality and aesthetics in mind is central to this UI Designer role. The position suits a creative and skilled designer with an eye for clean and artful design, who can translate high-level requirements into intuitive and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final handoff to engineering
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas and bring them to life through high-fidelity prototypes
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Plan the layout of the websites and applications and ensure that it is optimized for different devices
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma prototyping
• 2-4 years of experience
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• Hunger to learn and implement new ideas
