Job Description UGC & Influencer Marketing Manager | Growth Opportunity Remote | Full-Time | $80K–$95K + Bonus Fast-growing consumer tech company is looking for a highly creative UGC & Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale its creator strategy.
This is a hands-on role with significant growth potential. You’ll start by owning UGC and influencer partnerships, with the opportunity to expand into broader growth marketing and eventually build a team.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a scalable UGC and creator program
- Source, vet, and develop relationships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Manage briefs, campaigns, deliverables, contracts, and timelines
- Identify trends, creators, and content opportunities
- Test creative concepts and messaging, then scale what performs
- Partner closely with leadership on growth initiatives and launches
- Develop processes and systems to make creator marketing more efficient
Growth Opportunities Over time, this role can expand into ownership of organic growth, paid social, content, community, partnerships, product marketing, and additional acquisition channels.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong, hands-on UGC and influencer marketing experience
- Deep understanding of social-first content and creator strategy
- Proven ability to identify content that performs
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Data-driven and comfortable testing and optimizing
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and excited to build from scratch
- Comfortable using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency
- Interested in eventually building and leading a team
Bonus: Consumer apps, subscription products, TikTok growth, paid social, SEO, ASO, community, viral marketing, or experience with AI-powered tools.
