About This Role

This role is for a detail-oriented and reliable Typist or Copy Typing Specialist to join a growing operations team. The core responsibility is accurately converting various source materials into well-formatted digital documents. It suits someone with strong typing skills and excellent attention to detail who can complete structured tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Accurately type and transcribe information from handwritten notes, scanned documents, images, and other source materials into digital formats
• Review typed documents carefully to identify and correct spelling, punctuation, formatting, or transcription errors
• Maintain consistent formatting, spacing, and document structure according to provided instructions
• Organize completed documents and ensure files are properly named, saved, and submitted within the required deadlines
• Maintain the confidentiality of all documents and information handled during the typing process
• Complete assigned daily or weekly typing tasks accurately and efficiently while meeting established deadlines

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry, administration, or similar roles is an advantage
