Your work profile:
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to track project progress.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, action items, risks, and issue logs.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare and publish project status reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Facilitate project review meetings and document meeting minutes.
- Track resource allocation, utilization, and project dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with PMO processes, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Follow up with teams on pending actions and escalations.
Key skills required:
- 2-3 years of Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project tracking and reporting tools (MS Project, Excel, Jira, Planner, etc.).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Education: B.Tech/BE / B.Sc / BCA / Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering- Full time.
