$225,000 – $375,000+
A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney to join its growing Florida practice in Miami or Palm Beach.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, fiduciaries, and family offices on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, trust administration, and succession planning matters.
Ideal Background
- 3–6 years of trusts and estates experience
- Experience with estate planning, wealth transfer planning, trust administration, and probate matters preferred
- Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries
- Experience drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, family limited partnership documents, and related estate planning instruments
- Experience with business succession planning, charitable planning, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies is a plus
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Florida bar admission required or ability to become admitted
